Sales Representative - Online English Academy

About the role

Velorexa Academy is an international online English language academy offering personalized one-to-one lessons in speaking, communication, pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary and fluency. It is looking for a Karachi-based Sales Representative to connect prospective learners with English programs suited to their goals, guiding them from initial inquiry through enrollment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inquiries and explain programs, lesson formats and enrollment steps
• Ask questions to understand each learner's goals, experience, schedule and preferred outcomes
• Recommend suitable courses, including beginner English, everyday communication, grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation
• Follow up with prospects, address questions and concerns, and keep clear records of interactions and sales progress
• Work toward agreed sales and enrollment targets while keeping a learner-focused experience
• Share prospect feedback and market insights with the team to improve outreach and program presentation

Required profile

• Persuasive, organized communicator who enjoys helping people choose education services and building trust with learners from varied backgrounds
• Interest in English learning and education; familiarity with online courses or language programs is an advantage

Required skills

• Strong spoken and written communication, with professional and courteous style
• Consultative selling, objection handling, follow-up and enrollment conversion
• Comfort using messaging, online meeting and basic customer-record or spreadsheet tools
• Reliable organization, time management, attention to detail and self-motivation
