About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Social Media Executive to join Kakao Hotel in Multan. This full‑time hybrid position combines sales expertise with digital engagement to boost the hotel’s market presence and revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, launch and monitor social media campaigns across major platforms.
- Engage with online communities, respond to inquiries and build lasting customer relationships.
- Identify growth opportunities and contribute insights to the overall sales strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and high‑quality service delivery.
- Analyse performance data to optimise both sales tactics and social media efforts.
Required profile
- Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
- Proven track record in sales and sales management, meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience delivering training and supporting team development.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, content creation and campaign management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
