Sales Specialist – Furniture & Home Décor

About the role

The Sales Specialist will work full‑time at Enza Home's Islamabad showroom, greeting customers and guiding them through the selection of furniture, mattresses, and home textiles. You will act as the primary point of contact, understanding client needs and presenting tailored product solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and engage showroom visitors, assess their home‑furnishing requirements.
• Demonstrate product features, prepare quotations and process orders.
• Ensure accurate billing, documentation, and cash handling.
• Maintain attractive showroom displays and monitor stock levels.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve store targets.
• Follow up with customers proactively and support promotional activities.
• Stay updated on product specifications, pricing, and brand campaigns.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Proven consultative selling and closing abilities.
• Experience in retail, preferably furniture or lifestyle brands.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Reliability in handling cash, documentation and stock.
• Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field is preferred.
