Sales Specialist – Industrial Products

About the role

California Chemical, a global platform for chemicals, ingredients and oils serving 18 critical industries, is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist in Karachi Division. The role drives sales growth across its product portfolio by identifying and qualifying prospects, managing existing accounts and building long-term customer relationships in industrial and manufacturing sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospects, manage existing accounts and build long-term customer relationships.
• Conduct product presentations, prepare quotations and proposals, and negotiate pricing and terms.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations to ensure timely delivery.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve service issues and maintain accurate sales records and forecasts in CRM tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams on market insights, take part in product and compliance training, and help develop sales strategies to meet revenue targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven sales skills in lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation and closing deals in B2B environments.
• Training experience guiding customers or team members on product features, usage and best practices.
• Exposure to sales management activities such as reporting, forecasting and target-setting.
• Experience in chemicals, industrial products or related sectors is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Karachi Division, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
