Sales Specialist (International & Local Sales)

About the role

The Sales Specialist will drive both international and local sales of SEO and digital‑marketing services for Work Nest Agency. Working night shifts on‑site in Karachi, you will be responsible for generating new client opportunities and nurturing existing relationships to meet monthly targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients for SEO services.
• Handle inbound and outbound sales leads from both international and local markets.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance.
• Coordinate with the SEO team to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in digital‑marketing or related fields.
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, negotiation and independent work abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads and acquire clients.
• Willingness to work night shift (09:00 PM – 06:00 AM) and meet performance targets.
