About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to engage with clients, understand their property needs and guide them through the sales journey. The role involves showcasing relevant property units, conducting site visits, and ensuring timely deal closures while building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and brief them on relevant property units.
• Provide demonstrations, conduct site visits and ensure timely closure of deals.
• Follow up with clients to track evolving requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.

Required profile

• Graduation level education or equivalent practical experience.
• Passion for sales and commitment to excellence and customer service.
• Alignment with company core values.
• At least one year of sales experience (fresh graduates are also welcome).
• Strong communication skills.
