About the role
Streetwriters Private Limited is looking for its first Sales Specialist to convert warm, trial users of Notesnook into premium subscribers. You will work directly with the founder, own the inbound sales pipeline, and help shape the sales process as the company scales.
Key responsibilities
- Run the Inbound Playbook: review daily sign‑ups, prioritize high‑intent users, and proactively reach out via phone, email, or video demo.
- Close deals with high velocity: manage short B2C SaaS sales cycles, address objections quickly, and secure multiple premium subscriptions each week.
- Build the infrastructure: collaborate with the founder to test pitch scripts, refine pricing tiers, and determine the optimal moment for a sales call.
- Be the feedback loop: gather user complaints, feature requests, and insights, and relay them directly to the founder to improve the product.
Required profile
- Startup mindset – comfortable working in ambiguity and building temporary solutions when processes are missing.
- High‑velocity experience – 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in tech, SaaS, or digital consumer products.
- Enjoys short sales cycles and the thrill of closing deals as an individual contributor.
- Willing to pick up the phone, chase leads, handle rejections, and ask for payment directly.
