Sales Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to join our travel and tourism team in Rawalpindi. You will be responsible for driving sales of our travel packages to both individual and corporate clients, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to post‑sale support.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and convert new leads into customers.
• Meet walk‑in customers, handle phone and message follow‑ups, and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Prepare accurate quotations and detailed itineraries tailored to client needs.
• Close sales in line with revenue targets and maintain up‑to‑date records of all interactions.
• Coordinate with operations and reservations teams to guarantee smooth service delivery.
• Provide after‑sales support to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Participate in local marketing initiatives and gather market feedback.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and product offerings.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven sales experience with lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a target‑driven environment.
• Experience or aptitude in sales management and training.
• Relevant background in travel, tourism, or hospitality is highly beneficial.
