Sales Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team and drive property sales. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and our portfolio of property units, ensuring a seamless experience from initial briefing to deal closure.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and translate them into suitable property recommendations.
• Provide thorough briefings on relevant property units and conduct live demonstrations.
• Organise and lead site visits, guiding clients through properties.
• Close deals in a timely manner while maintaining high service standards.
• Follow up with clients to capture evolving needs and maintain strong relationships.

Required profile

• Graduation level education or equivalent practical experience.
• Passion for sales and a strong commitment to excellence and customer service.
• Alignment with core company values.
• At least 1 year of sales experience (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
• Excellent communication skills.
