Sales Team Lead - SEO USA Campaign

About the role

Rizing Metrics is hiring a Sales Team Lead for its USA SEO campaign, working on-site in Lahore. The role leads a team of sales closers targeting American business owners and combines hands-on sales closing, team leadership, sales strategy and performance management. Working hours are 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Set daily, weekly and monthly sales targets, track team performance and conversion rates, and run daily huddles, reviews and coaching sessions on pitching, negotiation and closing.
• Conduct discovery calls, pitch SEO packages, handle pricing negotiations and support the team in difficult deals.
• Explain SEO strategies and timelines to U.S. clients and resolve concerns about pricing, competition and rankings.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, track pipeline progress, prepare sales reports and forecast revenue.
• Coordinate client onboarding with SEO specialists and account managers, and share client feedback with delivery teams.

Required profile

• 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, SEO sales or digital marketing sales, including leading a sales team.
• Proven success closing deals with U.S.-based clients.
• Strong understanding of SEO services, especially Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Ability to work the night shift on-site in Lahore.
