Salesforce DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Salesforce DevOps Engineer to automate and streamline our Salesforce release process. The role will focus on building CI/CD pipelines, managing version control, and ensuring reliable deployments across development, QA, UAT and production environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain Salesforce CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, Copado, Gearset or AutoRABIT.
• Automate deployments across all environments and configure validation and rollback strategies.
• Manage Git branching strategies and sandbox lifecycle, including scratch orgs and unlocked packages.
• Collaborate with developers, architects and QA teams to support release planning and execution.
• Monitor deployment health, resolve conflicts and maintain release documentation.
• Implement automated testing and quality checks within the pipeline.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of Salesforce experience, including at least 2 years in a DevOps capacity.
• Proven experience with Git‑based development and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
