Salesperson – Flour & Agri Products (Saidu Sharif)

About the role

The Pakistan Flour Mills Association is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Salesperson based in Saidu Sharif. You will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing client relationships for flour and related agri‑products.

Key responsibilities

• Visit retailers, wholesalers and institutional buyers to present products and negotiate prices and contract terms.
• Follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
• Track sales performance, prepare basic sales reports and provide market feedback on customer needs, competitor activity and pricing trends.
• Coordinate with operations and finance teams on stock availability, invoicing and payment collection.

Required profile

• Proven sales, negotiation and relationship‑building experience in FMCG, agri‑products or related sectors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of the local market in Saidu Sharif and surrounding areas, including wholesale and retail channels.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and meet sales targets.
• Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field is an advantage.

• Proficiency with spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
• Effective use of email and mobile communication applications.
