SAP EWM & TM Support Consultant

About the role

Spadoom is a specialized SAP consulting company that helps customers simplify and automate business processes across sales, service and supply‑chain landscapes. As an SAP EWM & TM Support Consultant you will be the go‑to expert for maintaining and optimizing the Warehouse Management (EWM) and Transportation Management (TM) modules within customers’ SAP S/4HANA environments, ensuring smooth operations by resolving tickets and keeping the logistics modules at peak performance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional support for SAP EWM and SAP TM within S/4HANA environments.
• Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests (Level 2/3 support).
• Monitor and optimise existing warehouse and transportation processes.
• Collaborate with business users to identify pain points and deliver pragmatic solutions.
• Ensure seamless data flow and integration between EWM, TM and other S/4HANA modules.
• Assist with minor configuration changes and testing to maintain business continuity.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SAP EWM and SAP TM.
• Solid hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a solution‑first mindset.
• Reliable, structured and able to handle time‑sensitive support requests.
• Experience in international support environments is a plus.
• English mandatory; German a plus.
