SAP SuccessFactors, BTP & Analytics Cloud Trainer

About the role

Sapience Consulting SAP-ERP is looking for a full‑time, on‑site trainer to deliver high‑quality courses on SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Business Technology Platform and SAP Analytics Cloud. You will work with diverse learner groups, helping them achieve certification readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Design, update and deliver classroom training, hands‑on labs and workshops for SAP SF, BTP and SAC.
• Prepare course materials, assignments and evaluations.
• Provide one‑on‑one support and feedback to learners.
• Assess learner progress and adjust content to meet certification standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to keep curriculum aligned with SAP best practices.

Required profile

• Strong SAP consulting background with ability to translate functional requirements into training content.
• Experience in instructional design, classroom facilitation and learner assessment.
• Understanding of SAP logistics and Materials Management processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Computer Science or related field; SAP certifications are a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation and problem‑solving skills.
