Science Teacher

About the role

Federal Science College is seeking a dedicated Science Teacher to join its faculty on a full‑time, on‑site basis. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality science instruction in a calm, pollution‑free campus located in Gujranwala.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging science lessons aligned with the college curriculum.
• Develop teaching materials, assignments and assessments to evaluate student progress.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and communicate regularly with guardians and colleagues.
• Maintain classroom discipline, accurate academic records, and support a positive learning environment.
• Participate in staff meetings, co‑curricular activities, training sessions and contribute to the college’s academic and cultural life.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in education and subject‑specific pedagogy.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or a relevant science discipline; teaching certification preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to foster an inclusive, well‑managed classroom that promotes student engagement.
• Willingness to adopt new teaching methods and engage in professional development.
