Scrum Master – SAFe Agile Delivery for Web & Mobile

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead Web and Mobile delivery teams within a SAFe Agile environment. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, drive delivery predictability, and collaborate closely with product, engineering, QA, and stakeholder groups to ensure successful delivery of business initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review and Retrospective.
• Drive delivery predictability and continuous improvement across Web and Mobile teams.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineering Leads and stakeholders to align on priorities, scope and delivery objectives.
• Manage and track cross‑team dependencies, risks and impediments.
• Support PI Planning and other SAFe events, ensuring alignment across Release Trains.
• Monitor and report delivery metrics such as velocity, sprint predictability, throughput, cycle time and release readiness.
• Coordinate release planning activities for Web and Mobile applications.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide regular delivery status updates.
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum practices and SAFe ways of working.
• Support capacity planning and allocation across feature delivery, support activities and technical improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) or SAFe Scrum Master certification.
• 8+ years of experience in software delivery, project management or Agile environments.
• 5+ years of experience specifically as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead or Project Manager.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban and SAFe frameworks.
• Experience working with distributed teams across multiple countries and time zones.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching and stakeholder‑management skills.
