SDR - Cold Outreach & Business Development (Lahore)

About the role

Keystone Medics provides customized medical billing and revenue cycle management solutions for healthcare practices, helping them focus on patient care while billing, compliance and collections are handled by certified billing specialists, coders and revenue experts. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Development Representative in Lahore focused on cold outreach and business development.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential healthcare clients through outbound calls, emails and social channels, building a strong pipeline of prospects.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs, present the billing and RCM services, and schedule meetings or demos for senior sales team members.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and follow structured outreach cadences.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging.
• Meet defined targets for qualified leads and opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to improve outreach strategies.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in SDR, inside sales or business development, ideally in healthcare, medical billing or B2B services.
• Ability to work on-site in Lahore, manage time effectively and operate in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management or a related field is preferred.
