Search Engine Optimization Specialist

About the role

The Search Engine Optimization Specialist will join CodeHireAgency’s on‑site team in Bahawalpur to design and execute SEO strategies that boost organic visibility and attract qualified traffic to the company’s digital assets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high‑value search terms.
• Perform technical and content‑focused SEO audits, pinpointing issues that affect rankings.
• Optimize on‑page elements such as meta tags, headings, and internal linking structures.
• Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console and other analytics tools.
• Develop and implement ethical link‑building campaigns to increase domain authority.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align SEO tactics with broader campaigns.
• Produce regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in keyword research, on‑page SEO and SEO audits.
• Hands‑on experience with link‑building strategies.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into clear insights.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous experience in an agency or fast‑paced digital environment is a plus.
