About the role

The Research and Development Foundation is seeking a dynamic Section Head for its Primary Section in Mirpur Bathoro. This full‑time, on‑site position leads the primary education team, ensuring high‑quality teaching and learning outcomes for the community.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and academic performance of the primary education section.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate curriculum plans aligned with institutional standards.
• Monitor teacher performance, provide mentorship, and promote professional development.
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment for students.
• Engage with parents, community stakeholders, and address concerns to support academic excellence.
• Maintain administrative records and ensure compliance with institutional regulations.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Experience in curriculum planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to improve teaching methodologies and learning outcomes.
• Proficiency in administrative tasks and regulatory compliance.
• A degree in Education, Educational Leadership or a related field (preferred).
• Prior supervisory or managerial experience in an educational setting (highly desirable).
