Section Head – Washing Quality Control

About the role

Crescent Bahuman Limited is seeking a dedicated Section Head for Washing Quality Control. You will oversee quality assurance processes within the washing department, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of cleanliness and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect washing processes to verify compliance with established quality standards.
• Identify, document, and report any quality deviations or defects.
• Coordinate with production teams to implement corrective actions.
• Conduct regular quality audits and analyses to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain quality control documentation and records.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to align material quality with washing requirements.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are adhered to during washing operations.
• Train workers on quality standards and best washing practices.
• Report quality performance metrics to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in quality control, preferably in textile or related manufacturing.
• Strong eye for detail and solid understanding of washing techniques.
• Ability to work independently without direct team management.
• Excellent coordination skills across multiple departments.
