Security Operations Specialist (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop App is seeking a detail‑oriented Security Operations Specialist to join its global remote team. You will help protect the company’s digital assets by managing user access, enforcing authentication standards, and supporting overall operational security.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and maintain secure user accounts and access permissions.
• Implement and oversee Two‑Factor Authentication (2FA) and Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA) across systems.
• Protect sensitive company information while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve security processes and workflows.
• Document security procedures, account updates, and operational workflows accurately.
• Monitor and maintain secure access practices within the remote work environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity or a related field (preferred).
• Foundational knowledge of cybersecurity practices and access management.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for remote teamwork.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of handling sensitive information responsibly.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+ are a plus.
