Security Supervisor

About the role

A full-time, on-site Security Supervisor position based in Islamabad oversees daily security operations so that staff, visitors and property stay safe. The role manages and schedules security personnel, monitors access control and surveillance systems, and coordinates with local authorities or internal stakeholders when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and schedule security personnel
• Monitor access control and surveillance systems
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and perimeter areas
• Respond to incidents and document security reports
• Train team members on security protocols
• Support customer service at entry points and help improve security procedures in line with organisational policies and regulatory requirements

Required profile

• Strong supervisory skills and experience leading security teams or shift operations
• Relevant experience in security, law enforcement or facilities management is highly beneficial
• Ability to work shifts, stay alert under pressure and use security technology and reporting tools effectively

Required skills

• Practical expertise in physical security, including access control, patrolling and incident response
• Effective communication for reporting, coordination and interaction with staff, visitors and authorities
• Solid customer service ability to handle entry points and inquiries professionally and calmly
• Operations management capability for scheduling, resource allocation and implementing security procedures
• Knowledge of safety regulations, emergency response protocols and basic risk assessment is preferred
