Senior Account Manager – Enterprise Technology Sales

About the role

The Senior Account Manager will lead revenue growth and profitability by acquiring new enterprise customers, expanding service penetration within existing accounts, and converting license‑led opportunities into managed‑service engagements. The role supports JBS’s strategic priorities of protecting gross profit, cross‑selling services, and expanding managed‑services revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue and gross‑profit growth through strategic account planning and execution.
• Bundle implementation, managed services, support and consulting with software licensing across SAP, Oracle and Microsoft ecosystems.
• Promote high‑margin service offerings alongside licensing deals to improve overall account profitability.
• Monitor account performance and GP mix to meet quarterly and annual targets.
• Identify and acquire new enterprise customers in target industries and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Develop tailored value propositions that combine software licensing with service offerings.
• Ensure service‑attachment opportunities are pursued for all license‑led engagements.
• Increase wallet share through cross‑selling and upselling of managed services.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise technology sales, account management and business development.
• Ability to position software licensing, managed services and professional services to large corporate customers.
• Strong stakeholder‑engagement and consultative‑selling skills.
