Senior Account Manager – UK Market

About the role

We are a well‑established UK accounting and advisory firm with a dedicated team in Lahore, serving UK‑based SMEs and entrepreneurs. We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to act as the trusted advisor and operational lead for a portfolio of UK clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements, management accounts and year‑end files in full compliance with UK GAAP.
• Oversee bookkeeping, VAT returns, payroll and corporation tax computations, ensuring timely submissions to HMRC and Companies House.
• Advise clients on tax planning, compliance requirements and financial best practices.
• Serve as the primary day‑to‑day contact for assigned clients, delivering clear financial reporting and proactive support.
• Mentor junior team members, providing technical guidance and training.
• Coordinate with internal departments to guarantee seamless, high‑quality service delivery.

Required profile

• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CA or CIMA).
• 3‑5+ years of hands‑on experience with UK accounting standards, VAT and corporation tax.
• Proven experience managing a client portfolio in a professional services environment.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Current knowledge of HMRC regulations and filing deadlines.
