Senior Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our global finance team. The role involves managing the full set of accounts, ensuring accurate month‑end close, and supporting audit and tax activities while adhering to local accounting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the full set of accounts and execute month‑end closing activities.
• Review balance‑sheet schedules and perform bank reconciliations.
• Assist with internal and external audits, tax filings, and statutory reporting.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and company policies.
• Provide support for ad‑hoc accounting and finance tasks as required.

Required profile

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
• CPA, HKICPA, or ACCA certification preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in full‑set accounting.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Hands‑on experience with Accpac.
• Familiarity with Cargowise (advantage).
