Senior AI Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI‑powered conversational agents using large language models and modern agent frameworks. The role involves leading the creation of end‑to‑end pipelines, multi‑agent systems, and integrating them into web, messaging, and voice interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and implement full agent pipelines with memory, tools, planning, retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) and reasoning.
• Build and optimise multi‑agent systems for autonomous task orchestration and goal management.
• Apply prompt engineering, fine‑tuning and RLHF to improve agent performance.
• Collaborate with engineering, design and product teams to define conversational UX and drive engagement.
• Stay up‑to‑date with LLM advancements and incorporate innovations into the stack.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, NLP or related field (PhD a plus).
• 5+ years of hands‑on ML/AI experience, with at least 2 years focused on LLMs, chatbots or AI agents.
• Strong Python programming skills and experience with production‑grade AI systems.
• Proven ability to lead code reviews, mentor junior engineers and shape AI roadmaps.

Required skills

• Python, LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI SDK.
• LLM platforms (GPT‑4, Claude, LLaMA) and prompt engineering.
• Vector databases such as Pinecone or FAISS and RAG pipelines.
• Cloud ML services (AWS, GCP, Azure), Docker containerisation and API development.
