Senior Amazon Brand Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Amazon Brand Manager to lead multi‑brand growth on Amazon. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own P&L for assigned products and drive data‑driven strategies across PPC, listings, inventory and competitive positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end brand P&L, including revenue, margin, advertising efficiency and organic growth.
• Conduct weekly performance reviews using the Four‑Quadrant Diagnostic Framework (STRONG / VISIBILITY / CONVERSION / BOTH FAILING).
• Develop and execute brand strategies that balance profitability with growth.
• Translate data insights (TACoS, CVR gaps, keyword rank trajectories, contribution margins) into actionable plans with owners, deadlines and success metrics.
• Collaborate with PPC specialists, data operations, AI‑powered agents and cross‑functional teams to implement decisions.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in Amazon marketplace management and brand performance.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting dashboards and making data‑backed decisions.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
