Senior Associate, Payment Operations – Investigation

About the role
The Senior Associate will handle investigation queries related to payments, ensuring timely and accurate resolution in line with service level agreements.
Key responsibilities
- Process investigation messages such as fund returns, amendments, BCNR, recalls, OFAC and FATF cases.
- Maintain close coordination with banks, operations teams, business lines and customer service to close cases efficiently.
- Prioritise sensitive messages and meet SLA response times.
- Analyse recurring queries and propose process improvements with the Associate Manager.
Required profile
- Working knowledge of outward and inward payment processing.
- Ability to manage investigations according to agreed business matrices.
