Senior Auditor – Accounting & Financial Reporting

About the role

Ansaar Management Company is seeking an experienced Senior Auditor to lead accounting and financial reporting activities. The role covers the full audit lifecycle, from planning through to reporting, and involves close coordination with internal and external auditors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support accounting and financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Lead the entire audit lifecycle, including planning, risk assessment, fieldwork, review, and finalization.
• Prepare reconciliations, schedules, supporting documentation, and detailed financial reports.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors, providing timely and accurate responses.
• Detect discrepancies, control weaknesses, and potential reporting issues, and communicate findings to management.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and analytical with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, ACA, or CMA preferred.
• Experience supervising a small team and mentoring junior staff.
• Ability to work under deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reconciliations and reporting.
• Proficiency with accounting and ERP systems.
