Senior Business Analyst II

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst II to bridge the gap between business users and the development team. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, creating detailed specifications, and ensuring smooth delivery of IT solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users to identify and document functional and technical requirements.
• Produce logical and physical specifications, workflow diagrams, data‑mapping spreadsheets, and wire‑frames.
• Develop UML artefacts such as Use Case, Activity, and Sequence diagrams.
• Write Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) and obtain stakeholder approval.
• Act as liaison between users, developers, and QA, coordinating change management, UAT, and end‑user training.
• Maintain continuous IT service delivery and drive business process improvements.
• Monitor project schedules and stay informed on industry trends to propose innovative solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 3‑4 years of experience in business analysis or a related discipline.
• Proven experience with SDLC methodologies and agile practices.
• Strong ability to create detailed functional specifications and facilitate user acceptance testing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
