Senior Business Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 6–10 years of experience to act as a bridge between regulatory, business and technical teams. The role involves translating legal and operational requirements into functional specifications, workflow models and ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements through stakeholder workshops.
• Produce BRD, FRS, SRS documents and maintain requirements traceability.
• Create BPMN 2.0 diagrams, AS‑IS and TO‑BE process models, swimlanes and decision tables.
• Translate regulatory documents (RLCOs, Acts, Rules, Notifications) into functional specifications, business rules and user stories.
• Prepare UAT scenarios, coordinate testing activities, manage defect tracking and support production deployment.
• Facilitate requirement workshops, coordinate between business and technical teams and support Agile ceremonies.
• Manage requirement changes and stakeholder communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• 6–10 years of Business Analysis experience, preferably on enterprise or government/regulatory projects.
• Proven experience in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Strong documentation skills and familiarity with SDLC best practices.
