Senior Business Developer – Software Industry

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Senior Business Developer to accelerate growth for our software and technology services. The role focuses on generating qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, and other digital outreach channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to generate qualified B2B leads and build a strong pipeline.
• Create personalized LinkedIn outreach campaigns, nurture decision‑makers, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Collaborate with marketing to align outreach with campaigns and conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare tailored proposals, presentations, and sales pitches while maintaining accurate CRM records.
• Meet monthly targets for lead generation, meetings, and revenue.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales or business development experience in a software house or IT company.
• Proven track record in B2B software or IT services sales and lead generation.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and capable of working independently.

Required skills

• LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LinkedIn prospecting.
• CRM platforms and sales automation tools.
• Understanding of SaaS, software development services, AI solutions, or digital products.
