Senior Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead our Business Development and Sales function. The role focuses on creating growth strategies, acquiring new clients, and driving revenue across local and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company growth and revenue objectives.
• Lead, mentor and manage the Business Development and Sales team, setting targets and KPIs.
• Generate qualified leads through Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling and networking.
• Manage company profiles, proposals and bidding activities on freelancing platforms.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients and oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Business Development, B2B sales or international sales.
• Proven track record of leading a sales team and consistently achieving revenue targets.
• Hands‑on experience with Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer or similar platforms.
• Strong proposal writing, negotiation and presentation skills.
