Senior Business Development Manager

About the role

Falaknaz Group of Companies, founded in 1975, is a diversified group focused on delivering units and projects and serving thousands of customers. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Senior Business Development Manager in Karachi. The role identifies and pursues new business opportunities, builds and maintains strategic partnerships and expands the company's market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development plans
• Conduct market and competitor analysis
• Prepare proposals and presentations for prospective clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align commercial strategy with organizational objectives
• Negotiate contracts and support long-term client relationships
• Track performance metrics, report regularly to leadership and recommend improvements

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in business development, sales or commercial management, preferably in real estate, construction or related industries
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field; a master's degree or relevant certifications are an advantage
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business development and revenue targets
