Senior Business Development Manager – Medical Billing

About the role

Keystone Medics is seeking a full‑time Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth of its medical billing and revenue cycle management services in Lahore. You will focus exclusively on acquiring new healthcare provider clients and expanding existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and close new business opportunities with clinics, specialty groups and hospitals.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from needs assessment to contract negotiation.
• Prepare and deliver customized proposals and presentations that address client billing challenges.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts and performance reports.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, compliance and IT teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends in US healthcare billing and adjust go‑to‑market strategies accordingly.

Required profile

• Proven business development experience in medical billing or RCM with a record of meeting revenue targets.
• Deep knowledge of US healthcare billing processes, payer requirements, coding, claims and reimbursement models.
• Strong relationship‑building, negotiation and account‑management abilities with physicians and practice managers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or related field; advanced degree or certifications a plus.
• Prior leadership or mentoring experience in a sales team is desirable.
