About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is for a Senior Construction Manager who will lead gray‑structure projects in Rawalpindi. The role focuses on delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of gray‑structure construction, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
• Implement and monitor robust project controls, including schedule tracking and resource allocation.
• Enforce strict safety protocols and promote a safe working environment on site.
• Manage project budgets, control costs, and report financial performance.
• Supervise on‑site construction teams, resolve issues promptly, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Demonstrated supervisory experience leading construction teams.
• Strong background in budgeting and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• In‑depth knowledge of construction safety standards and practices.
• Comprehensive understanding of construction processes, especially for gray‑structure projects.
• Experience in project control, schedule tracking, resource management, and quality assurance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, communication, and organizational abilities.
