Senior Customer Service Representative

About the role

Yuni Rides is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative – Dispatch Coordinator to support its school transportation services for children and families in the United States. Based in Karachi, you will work on‑site with the Operations team, handling real‑time coordination between drivers, families, schools and internal staff.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate daily school transportation trips, ensuring timely pick‑up and drop‑off.
• Communicate professionally with drivers, families, schools and internal teams to resolve operational inquiries.
• Track trip progress, address any disruptions, and update stakeholders promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and report any recurring issues.
• Assist in scheduling, route planning and supporting drivers with necessary information.

Required profile

• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast‑paced, time‑sensitive environment.
• Attention to detail and strong multitasking capability.
• Willingness to take ownership and learn quickly.
