Export Documentation Officer (3+ Years Experience)

About the role

Sana Salt, a Himalayan pink salt company with a presence on five continents, is hiring an Export & Documentation Executive in DHA Phase 6, Karachi. The role oversees export operations, including the flow of goods and compliance with customs and tariff regulations, and requires more than 3 years of experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee export operations, plan and manage the flow of goods and ensure compliance with customs and tariff regulations
• Calculate duties, tariffs and other merchandise details
• Evaluate vendors, negotiate contracts and prepare reports
• Analyse market trends, forecast demand and mitigate risks
• Source goods, equipment and services, manage vendors and suppliers, and analyse market trends
• Manage import and export shipments, including using duty scripts to clear imports
• Maintain lead times on customs clearance by managing risk

Required profile

• More than 3 years of experience
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of market research
• Expertise in supplier relationship management and negotiation skills
