Senior Delivery Manager

About the role

Ciklum, a custom product engineering company supporting multinational organizations and scaling startups, is hiring a full-time Senior Delivery Manager in Pakistan. You will join a cross-functional development team and act as the bridge between the team, its stakeholders and the project.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate core Scrum events (planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)
• Clarify team dependencies and coach the team to resolve blockers independently
• Partner with BAs, solution architects and tech leads to streamline delivery
• Manage stakeholder expectations and build trust across a wide range of stakeholders
• Create and maintain progress dashboards and key performance metrics
• Set priorities, manage team expectations and drive continuous process improvements
• Keep the backlog refined and prioritized, and manage onboarding and offboarding as project needs shift
• Good to have: define and manage scope, deliverables, timelines and resources; estimate and plan project activities; track and report progress, risks and financials; escalate risks proactively

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in IT project delivery, coordination or team management
• Experience managing or coordinating teams of 20+ FTEs
• Strong explanation skills and ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to resolve team conflicts and handle high pressure with resilience
• Working knowledge of team ramp-up, resourcing plans and staffing
• Familiarity with contract types (SOW, MSA) and basic financial literacy (gross margin, rate cards, headcount allocation, budget forecasting)

Required skills

• Solid understanding of Scrum, Kanban and Agile delivery lifecycles
• Azure DevOps (preferred) for tracking and backlog management
• Hands-on experience building project dashboards and delivery metrics
• Ability to read Scrum burndown charts and Gantt diagrams
• SAFe certification or experience with it
