Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Developer Experience (DevEx) team. You will design, automate and integrate DevOps platforms across the software development lifecycle, driving productivity, security and reliability for our engineering organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design and automate SDLC workflows using CI/CD tools.
• Integrate DevOps and DevSecOps solutions into pipelines (GitHub Actions, JFrog Artifactory, SonarQube, GitLab, GHAS, Mend, Fortify).
• Enable GenAI and agentic workflows such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor and Amazon Q to boost developer efficiency.
• Support tool migrations, integrations and REST‑API based automation.
• Implement observability and monitoring across DevOps platforms.
• Collaborate on change, release and incident management processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD and cloud environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team‑player mindset with ownership and attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies.

Required skills

• SDLC and CI/CD frameworks.
• GitHub Actions, JFrog Artifactory, SonarQube, GitLab.
• DevSecOps tools: GitHub Advanced Security (GHAS), Mend, Fortify.
• Cloud platforms – AWS (preferred) and exposure to Azure or GCP.
• AI‑assisted development tools: GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Amazon Q.
• Observability concepts and tools.
• Python, SQL and general scripting.
