Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

Datum Labs is seeking a proactive Senior DevOps Engineer to design, deploy, and manage production‑grade cloud infrastructure. You will work closely with development, QA, and product teams to ensure secure, scalable, and highly available services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and maintain infrastructure on AWS, Azure or GCP, focusing on reliability, security and cost efficiency.
• Build, operate and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters for containerized workloads.
• Create and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and other tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
• Develop infrastructure as code with Terraform, ensuring consistency across environments.
• Administer Linux servers, write automation scripts in Bash/Python, and implement monitoring, alerting and incident response.
• Deploy and maintain databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse) and handle migrations with minimal downtime.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of hands‑on DevOps experience in cloud‑native environments.
• Strong understanding of networking, security controls and disaster‑recovery strategies.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.
