Senior DevOps Engineer (Puppet)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in Puppet to lead cloud automation initiatives, ensure SLA compliance, and drive reliable, secure infrastructure delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage cloud automation using Puppet and related technologies.
• Lead urgent issues and projects, communicate status, and allocate staffing resources.
• Collaborate with development teams to create CI/CD pipelines and deploy applications in cloud environments.
• Ensure infrastructure security, reliability, scalability, and automation across environments.
• Provide direct server support during deployments and production operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• 3-7 years of professional experience in DevOps/automation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

Required skills

• Puppet scripting and automation.
• Experience with Ansible, Chef, Terraform, CloudFormation.
• CI/CD toolchain knowledge, including Kubernetes.
• Linux administration (RHEL 8, CentOS, Ubuntu, Amazon Linux).
• Scripting languages: Python, Ruby, Bash, PowerShell.
• Virtualization, networking, load balancing concepts.
