Senior Engineering Manager – Karachi & Lower Sindh

About the role

The Senior Engineering Manager will oversee multiple construction sites across Karachi and Lower Sindh, handling new builds, maintenance, solar installations, and special projects. The role requires strong technical supervision, budget control, and on‑site coordination to ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and cost targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise multiple construction sites, including new construction, maintenance, solar and special projects.
• Develop and maintain KPI tracking systems for time, cost, and quality performance.
• Prepare, review and verify BOQs, BBS, contractor bills and variations.
• Lead a team of engineers (APM) across all sites, providing technical guidance and daily monitoring.
• Ensure quality control and assurance at every project stage.
• Conduct regular contractor meetings, site inspections and compliance checks against drawings and standards.
• Anticipate material shortages, communicate delays and keep projects within scope and budget.

Required profile

• Minimum 17 years of field execution experience in construction or civil engineering.
• B.E/BSc in Civil Engineering; a Master’s in Civil Engineering or Project Management is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different locations.
• Willingness to travel frequently to project sites.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
