Senior Executive Procurement

About the role

Sky47 is seeking a Senior Executive Procurement to lead technology spend across its enterprise IT, data centre and cloud initiatives. The role will oversee end‑to‑end sourcing, vendor management and contract execution to ensure cost‑effective, compliant procurement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage procurement of technology assets including enterprise IT, active/passive infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, data‑center equipment, software, hardware, cloud/AI platforms and related services.
• Collaborate with technology, finance, legal and project teams to capture requirements, budgets and timelines.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies such as competitive bidding, OEM engagement, framework agreements and strategic vendor partnerships.
• Prepare RFQs/RFPs, evaluate bids, conduct techno‑commercial assessments and lead negotiations on price, delivery, warranties, SLAs and contractual terms.
• Ensure adherence to Sky47’s procurement policies, tender board procedures and internal governance controls.
• Coordinate contract finalisation with legal and finance, including purchase orders, payment terms and guarantees.
• Maintain procurement records, audit trails and support spend analytics, supplier performance reviews and ERP/SAP adoption.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities through benchmarking, vendor consolidation and demand aggregation.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of procurement experience in a technology, telecom, data‑center, cloud services or systems‑integration environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Finance or a related field.
• Proven experience working with OEMs, distributors, system integrators and service providers.
