About the role
We are building a future talent pipeline for Foodpanda, part of the Delivery Hero Group. As a Senior Executive in Virtual Account Management you will own a portfolio of partner accounts, driving revenue growth and ensuring operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Sell to partners over the phone, meeting daily call and sales targets.
- Manage and grow revenue for each account while providing operational support as needed.
- Monitor performance metrics, ensure compliance with Foodpanda standards, and handle documentation and partner approvals.
- Handle objections, create urgency, and solve problems quickly to align solutions with company offers.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of experience in telesales or account management with a proven track record of hitting commercial targets.
- Comfortable making outbound calls for extended periods and able to communicate effectively in English.
- Data‑sensitive, target‑oriented, resilient, and a strong team player willing to learn.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Google applications.
- Experience using Salesforce (preferred).
