About the role

We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead financial operations at Hightech Solutions, leveraging AI and automation to transform finance from reactive to predictive. The role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on implementation of modern financial technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Own all financial operations, reporting, and compliance.
• Build AI‑enabled budgeting, forecasting, and cash‑flow models.
• Use automation and AI to improve accuracy, speed, and financial visibility.
• Provide forward‑looking financial insights to leadership.
• Oversee accounting, payroll, audits, and tax planning.
• Implement strong financial controls and risk management.
• Integrate finance systems with company‑wide data platforms.
• Work with banks, investors, and external advisors.
• Ensure financial clarity across departments through data and dashboards.

Required profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or CA finalist.
• 10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial leadership.
• Prior senior finance role with relevant certifications.
• Proven expertise in financial reporting, controls, compliance, budgeting, forecasting, and cash‑flow management.
