Senior Finance Manager – Financial Reporting & Analysis

About the role

Kaka Khel Group is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead financial reporting, budgeting and analysis across multiple business units, including automobile dealerships, real estate, construction and other diversified sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements and ensure compliance with IFRS standards.
• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process in collaboration with department heads.
• Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances and opportunities for performance improvement.
• Manage cash flow, working capital and risk‑management strategies.
• Oversee financial accounting for real‑estate projects, tracking development costs, property transactions, receivables and vendor payments.
• Maintain relationships with banks, auditors, tax authorities and other financial institutions.
• Supervise and mentor a finance team of 10 professionals.
• Monitor taxation matters and ensure timely filing of tax returns.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in automotive and real‑estate sectors.
• Proven experience managing property transactions, development costs and project‑wise financial reporting.
• Strong analytical abilities and leadership skills to manage a finance team.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of IFRS standards.
