Senior Finance Manager

About the role

People Perfect is seeking a senior finance leader to own the full financial engine of its fast‑growing HR outsourcing business. You will shape financial strategy, governance and operations while supporting a company that has placed over 150,000 employees across more than 20 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and analysis, preparing annual budgets and 5‑year projections, and delivering variance analysis.
• Oversee accounting, reporting, treasury, taxation and audit functions, ensuring timely month‑end and year‑end closings.
• Manage receivables, payables, inter‑company balances and cash management.
• Drive financial operations, guaranteeing on‑time payments, zero‑delay payroll and renewal of credit facilities.
• Maintain ERP month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
• Ensure compliance and audit readiness, supporting internal and external audits.
• Act as Company Secretary, handling board governance, shareholder meetings and statutory filings.
• Provide governance reporting to support board and CEO decision‑making.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of progressive finance/accounting leadership experience.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CA, CPA or an MBA in Finance.
• Proven ability to lead, delegate and develop high‑performing teams.
• Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving skills under pressure.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (Odoo experience a plus).
• Advanced MS Excel proficiency.
• Financial reporting expertise.

What we offer

• Base salary ranging from PKR 306,000 to PKR 608,000 per month.
