Senior Finance Manager – Lead Finance Team

About the role

Al Tawwakal Holdings is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead its finance and accounting function in Karachi. The role involves overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting while ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting aligned with company objectives.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports, forecasts and cash‑flow statements for management.
• Monitor expenses and performance, identifying cost‑control and profit‑improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations and internal policies.
• Manage and develop a team of five finance and accounting professionals.
• Coordinate auditing activities, banking relationships and internal controls.
• Develop financial models and track key performance indicators for strategic planning.
• Maintain and improve financial record‑keeping systems and reporting frameworks.
• Support senior management with risk assessments, capital management and financial decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior finance roles, preferably in hospitality, restaurant or corporate sectors.
• Relevant professional qualification such as ACCA, CA or CMA.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, able to work under pressure.
• In‑depth knowledge of tax laws and financial regulations.
