Senior Finance Officer – Hybrid (Faisalabad)

About the role

Rafhan Maize Products Co. Ltd., a leading food and beverage manufacturer in Pakistan, is seeking a Senior Finance Officer to join its hybrid team in Faisalabad. The role focuses on managing import‑related payments, third‑party payroll, and contractor settlements while supporting accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Perform reconciliations, journal entries and financial analysis to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and statutory requirements.
• Manage import payments, including LC settlements, bank documentation and foreign‑currency transactions.
• Record import costs, duties and taxes in the accounting system.
• Handle PO‑based supplier accounts payable, invoice matching and timely payments.
• Process third‑party payroll transactions with accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain organized financial documentation for audits and internal reviews.
• Collaborate with procurement, HR and finance departments for smooth operations.

Required profile

• ACCA, ACMA, CA (qualified or part‑qualified) or a Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
• 3–5 years of relevant finance or accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of IFRS and local statutory reporting.
• Proficiency with SAP, Oracle or other ERP/accounting systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and ability to analyse financial data.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• High attention to detail, integrity and ability to work both independently and in a team.
